The hotel on the surface looks OK. There is although a lack of personal attention with there not being any visible staff on site. But, I'm sure there is staff at least housekeeping, because the rooms don't clean themselves. But my disappointment to put it mildly was that the floors weren't really clean. I'm not sure when the last time was they passed a good mopping over the floors but definitely is not often. I discovered this when my travel cooler leaked overnight and left a puddle under it. So, I grabbed one of their hand towel and proceeded to soaking it up, dabbing as to not spread it more. The towel was pretty dirty from just that. Mind you I understand its a floor, but if they're cutting corners by not mopping up the floor after every visit, then makes me wonder where else they're cutting corners. Luckily the room didn't smell or anything like that, it was a pretty neutral smell in there.

We needed a place to crash for the night on our way west, and Days Inn Oak Grove delivered just what we needed. The room was basic but clean, with a comfy bed, working AC, and a mini fridge – perfect for keeping our drinks cold. Check-in took less than 5 minutes and the front desk staff was very polite. The hotel is located right off Exit 86, so it’s super convenient. You’ll find gas stations, fast food, and even a grocery store nearby. The free breakfast had coffee, cereal, and toast – enough to get us going in the morning. Would definitely stay here again for another road trip stop.

Very easy to get to off 24. There’s no front desk clerk, just a kiosk to overseas support. There are no luggage racks. The phone in the room was dirty and didn’t work; there was a bug in the ice bucket. We called from our cell to get extra towels and a new ice bucket and the call disconnected and no one called back or came. The room is relatively clean otherwise

I'm familiar with the area and Days Inn location is quiet, safe and it's a quick commute to Clarksville, TN, Hopkinsville and Fort Campbell, KY. Rooms are always clean and housekeeping will replace towels and clean daily during your stay. Breakfast area is kept spotless clean and they always have hot coffee available the entire day. They have my approval across the board and never disappoint!

Kentucky Lake Inn is a hotel.
