Earlier today my child gave the dentist and assistant an incredibly hard time — it was a full-on battle of wills — but they were endlessly patient, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. Honestly, there was a point where I felt like giving up, but they never did. They stayed calm, reassuring, and persistent, and eventually, the dentist was able to take a proper look. At one point, my child said, “I’ll let the dentist look inside, but no gloves, fingers, or lights,” — and the dentist actually agreed to these crazy terms! That kind of flexibility and understanding meant the world to us. A big shoutout to the receptionist too, who was so understanding and accommodating. She fit us in the same day after I mentioned swelling in the gums, which really helped ease my worries. Thank you all for being so wonderful with kids, even when they’re definitely not in the mood. You’re truly amazing, and I’m so grateful!

I’ve had the worst experience at this clinic, staff is always so confused. I went to pick up my husband’s Invisalign but they refuse to deliver saying the patient needs to visit. Utter waste of time. The Frontdesk went to the back to check and someone gave her a standard instruction to advise me that new set will start, without even looking at the patient’s file. My husband visited the next day only to realise they just needed to handover the new one. They should focus on service more than just sales .
