Punctuality as one of their tenants appears to be one of the most giant crocks I've heard of. I work from home, everyday, by my window. Company gave estimate of 2-4 weeks of work to finish the project on my building. It has taken them 4 weeks to just start doing the second half of what they promised. I've seen them arrive anywhere between 8 am to 11 am in the morning on the days they actually get here and ALWAYS gone by 5pm without exception. Its extremely rare to have them work for longer than 5 hours in a day and its very common to see maybe 3 of the 10 contractors working at any given time. Also common to not see them come out at all and maybe actually come out 5 if every 7 business days. When they are actually working, they make 2 hours of work take 4 and move like sloths. I will petition my strata to ensure they are never used again and suggest other stratas to avoid this company if they want work done on time or budget.
