I can’t say enough good things about Kendall Subaru in Eugene,OR.They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. My sales consultant,Joseph Tompkins, fantastic-professional,honest,and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I drove nine hours to complete the purchase after making the deal over the phone,fully expecting I might get jerked around when I arrived.Instead,everything was exactly as promised-no surprises,no pressure,and no games.The bottom line was exactly what I was told. This is my fourth Subaru Outback,purchased from different dealers,and by far Kendall Subaru is superior to all the others.They set the bar high and exceeded my expectations in every way. Purchased a used car form out of state over the phone and couldn’t have been happier with the process. Gage Briggs was a great sales rep and made the process as painless as possible including ensuring someone could pick me up at the airport when I arrived so I don’t have to pay for a rental car or Uber. Also he made sure the vehicle was held for me when we couldn’t get flights to work out originally and sent updated photos of the vehicle to make me feel at ease with the long distance purchase. All in all it took maybe 2 hours to knock out the deal over the phone plus another hour to sort out the financing. I would recommend anyone looking for a car keep Kendall Subaru in mind

The work was done speedily, Kara kept us informed every step of the way. I can't believe it was actually a pleasant experience have our car serviced!
