Andres was excellent. He is a straight shooter. Price on the phone, waiving add-ons and upsell, that's what he did when I showed up. It was a quick visit. Apart from waiting for the person before me to finish with finance, the total time was 25 minutes. Worth the drive to Eugene from PDX. They also threw in all-weather floor mats.

Bought our first Lexus today and had such a great experience at the Kendall Lexus dealership in Eugene, Oregon. Our salesperson was Andrew and we were SO impressed by his knowledge and the way he treated us with friendly respect. He was very responsive to our endless questions and guided us through the purchase process without pressure - relaxed, fun, comfortable and yet very professional and knowledgeable. A really great experience and so far we LOVE the vehicle!

My wife and I got in the car one afternoon and drove 2 1/2 hours to Kendall Lexus of Eugene to look at a vehicle that they had online. When I showed up, I asked for the gentleman who I had spoken with several months in advance. (Jacob Aguilar) I didn't even have to tell Jacob my name or my wife's name. He already knew who we were once I described the previous conversations we had. You don't get that very often. Jacob and his sales manager Shane Fries made our experience the best I've ever had.I could go into lots of details, but it truly was a great experience. Everything went very smoothly , I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Kendall Lexus of Eugene. My wife was excited because we got to take Home a bottle of wine as well. We recently visited Kendall Lexus to trade in my mother’s 2023 Lexus TX, which she had purchased last year. While the TX was a beautiful vehicle, it turned out not to be the right fit for her, especially considering it didn’t come with parking sensors, something we found surprising for a car priced at $56,000. From the moment we walked in, Dennis warmly greeted us, listened to our situation, and laid out a clear and thoughtful game plan for the trade-in and purchase process. Thanks to his guidance, my mother was able to find the perfect upgrade in the 2025 Lexus NX, and Dennis made sure she got the right car at the best possible price. Andrew, who I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the past, also stepped in to assist, checking in regularly and making sure we were comfortable, even offering water and anything else we might need. Madi, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with as well. She was kind, professional, and took time to clearly explain all the paperwork and disclosures. I also want to acknowledge Josh, now serving as sales manager, whom I’ve worked with previously. It’s always great to see familiar faces and the entire experience felt like visiting family. I’ve been a loyal Kendall Lexus customer since 2011 and I continue to be impressed by their consistent top-tier service and care. Having purchased and serviced vehicles from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other dealerships over the years, I can confidently say Kendall Lexus is one of the best dealerships in Oregon.
