From the moment my Family and I entered the hotel, we were treated to every request we had. The staff here are so attentive and genuinely caring. I had the privilege of staying in their premier lounge and it is one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff Elena and Rahul treated my family like theirs. You are treated so well and there is staff to cater to each and every need you may have. Regardless of the lovely staff the hotel itself is impeccable. There are services that can be wined and dined by every guest. From the pool to the gym the experience of the Sofitel made my families holiday in Dubai the best ever. Thanks very much to all the staff that took care of us.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a 2 bed apartment. The room was in a great place, clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem. Even in a very early checkout we got breakfast as a takeaway. Thank you making the holiday the best we have had and for the experience.
