Purchased a new 2026 Buick Enclave from Joann Barba. She greeted me on the lot and showed me why I should purchase the Envlave. Joann is very knowledgeable not only with her product but she knew about the other vehicles I was looking at as well. She's kind and courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Joann. When Im ready to buy another I will be going back to have her help me along with anyone else I know looking for a Buick or GMC. She even showed me Pre-Owned vehicles but I wanted new to get the warranty. Joann said I should get the Kelly Buick extended warranty because of everything going up in price. My experience at Kelly Buick was a great one. Upon entering, I was greeted by everyone that I made eye contact with an even those I didn't. Mikey started the process with me and made the initial interaction with the car buying process very personable and comfortable. Later, I finished the process with Joann who I was originally interacting with prior to coming in. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgable about my car of interest, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Big thank you to Mikey, Joann, Jeff for all of their assistance and making the process seamless! 10 out 10 highly recommend! They made my 1 hour drive to get to them more than worth it!
