Kelly's is a wonderful pharmacy 💯. I've been going there since I was a kid and everything is perfect. I can get my medication 💊, send packages 📦, get snacks, and much much more. It is definitely the only pharmacy I would recommend to anyone. Keep it up and way to go! 😀👏💯

I can get so many things taken care of here. They have the best selection of home care products and medical supplies. Today I needed to consult with the pharmacist and she was so helpful and so thorough. They also have a postal outlet and are a dry cleaning depot for Parsons, who are excellent.

I purchased a pair of leggings which were way off in the sizing indicated on the package. I tried to return them or get a similar pair in a larger size. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. I was told they were a final sale but we looked at a larger size anyway. Then she said my packaging was ripped so she won't exchange them. There were other leggings on hangers without packaging on them at all. The manager needs a big lesson in customer service....on a big power trip. As a senior, I can't afford to throw money away on a product that is not usable due to manufacturer's false sizing. The manager then told me "It's your problem" and walked away. Again, very rude staff.

I am very grateful for my local Kelly's Guardian Pharmacy on Bridge Street in Belleville!! The team in the general part of the store are always helpful and kind. The pharmacy team is amazing. While waiting for prescriptions I see the cheerfulness, the professionalism, the attentiveness of the staff. Back in the early 90's I worked in a pharmacy and I know how busy and stressful it can be at times. This team functions well, is courteous and as efficient as they can be. I've seen them remain professional and client-focused while they morned the loss of a great team member, I've seen the welcome new team members well, even though it's not easy to be training a new staff member when things are so busy. I've also see various pharmacists discreetly lower their voice when speaking with a customer about their personal health and medication. This is a compounding pharmacy too, so they have that additional aspect of their job. I've been going to Kelly's Guardian Pharmacy regularly since early 2020 and I've always been treated well and seen others treated well. I understand that glitches happen and sometimes I need to wait as it's very busy, and I still see the staff being professional, kind and client-focused. I will continue to use this pharmacy even as I consider moving out of the neighbourhood!!
