They were accommodating by installing a grab bar in the main shower, high rise toilets, backsplash and encapsulating the crawlspace after the home was built. It is unusual for a builder to modify a home that is already built and ready for the market. We had a few minor repairs after we moved in our home and Tom Inge was outstanding. Mr. Inge was timely, competent and completes the repair quickly. Vertical Builders is lucky to have Mr. Ingle on staff.

The weekly updates during build were very informative and kept us in the loop on our home. During our two walkthroughs Tommy (warranty guy) has been great.
