We booked the trip online, and the team reached out shortly after to clarify a few details. The day before each transfer, we received an email reminder, and on the day of travel, a text message with the driver’s information and live status. Both drivers were on time, professional, and stayed in touch upon our flight arrival. Everything was clear, organized, and we felt well-informed the entire time. Highly recommend!

Very good shuttle company. We had a stay and park cruise package from the Best Western. They contractor this company to handle the shuttle service, KD Elite was on point, very easy to use, they got us to the cruise terminal in a safe and timely manner. The driver that brought us to the terminal showed us where to meet them when we got back. A week later we returned and walked out the terminal and they were there and exactly where they said they would be for us to meet them. No issue, quick, safe and bee courteous.
