We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa! The check-in was simple and easy, with step-by-step instructions on how to enter the building and where to find our room. The room itself was splendid. A real homey feel with extra touches. The nearby parking recommendation was also great! Saved us a bunch and was really close to the place.||The only hiccup on checkout was where to find the garbage. I managed to find the right area on the portal after we checked out, but in the hustle and bustle of leaving, I was not able to locate it. A link to the page where the trash information is on the checkout page would be helpful.||I would definitely stay again, probably more than the day we did; it was fantastic!

Be aware This 2br 2ba unit #118 in Des Moines does NOT fit 6 adults as advertised. Tiny br with 2 twin and 1 master with large king. Crappy pullout from a couch. Living area has 1 couch for 6 to sit on, no other lounging chairs, couches. The front door never locked properly, and was unlocked every time we returned and the entry light was out and is a dark hall cannot see , a sign this place is not maintained well. There are no windows in either bedroom,fyi. Poorly designed space. For $900+ 3 nights, not worth it, not to mention the bare minimum towels were provided when I told them we have 6 adults. Frying pan old, bare minimum dishes, not enough blankets. Why are there 2 containers of ear plugs provided? Not stocked well. Table on balcony not clean upon arrival. Wish we would have booked hotel rooms instead. Oh and vrbo has a bait and switch scam whn booking, says all fees included then at checkout price went up. Communication via text was good with kasa and they said will refund $60 to us for the above issues. Stingy as is their apparent care taken in this apt. Apt 113 a few doors down had its door wide open all day the 2 days we were there.

Street parking very convenient- just scan and download the app. Free after 9 pm. Pay VERY close attention to location as some streets do not allow parking at all between morning and evening rush hours. But, once you learn the system it is easy and reasonable. Fabulous Hy-Vee grocery within easy walking distance (and free parking if you drive). Be aware - neither shower is handicap accessible. We were traveling with a 95 year old so that was a challenge.

The apartment is spacious, quite environment, good location, I got all i needed for my stay.my kids loved the place,checked in and out without trouble, was my first time being in Des Moines and I liked it.clean,parking place is close enough, it was a great stay we are happy to come back again. Thanks to.my host, my family had a great time in your place.|Thank you Kasa!
