!!NEVER EVER BOOK A UHAUL HERE!! !! Allowed the same truck booked for two customers!! They wasted my 4 hours on the UHAUL pickup I waited 7:30pm-11pm in the parking, you left me in a limbo. Not even receiving calls or assisting in any sort of difficult situation. You need to do your job in a better way how could you do that “left your so called business without assigning the truck to my reservation”. Manjot you guy should not be allowed to run a business.

If there was a negative five star option this place would qualify. I was overcharged by over 1000 dollars for a uhaul rental and when I tried to address it was given the run around by a manager who would only identify himself as Shawn. Later I discovered his name wasn’t Shawn at all but Vipeshan. There is some shady business practises going on here. The invoices I received were all falsified. Thank goodness visa returned the false charges to my account. BUYER BEWARE is my advice. If you want to rent a u haul there are far better options than with this corrupt establishment In response to your reply. You did have my credit card info under my surname and it wasn’t an inconvenience it was THEFT.

The old lady is completely rude and unhelpful. They share their space with Uhaul but will not help you out in any way. U-Haul should reconsider their agreement with them. Everything inside appears dirty and old. A place to avoid.
