Jax Roofing is hands down the best! Jackson, the owner, is super knowledgeable and always quick to respond, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his customers and getting the job done right. Andrew was extremely helpful throughout the insurance process and made filing my claim so much easier. He really knows his stuff and walked me through everything, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the whole crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. They worked quickly, did a fantastic job, and left my yard spotless when they were done. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you need any roofing work done, Jax Roofing is definitely the way to go!

We recently used JAX Roofing for all our home repairs after a major hail storm last fall. Andrew was who we talked with mostly and he was fantastic to work with, very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. I spoke with Jackson in 2023 about a roof repair. My wife and I decided not to have our roof replaced at that time. We were so impressed with Jackson that we said if we did replace the roof he would be the one. Fast forward, a year later, we are trying to sell our house and need to have the roof replaced. I reached to Jackson hoping he would remember me, he certainly did! Not only remember me but remembered the area i lived in and our house. He got us on his schedule and completed the work in an incredible time (even with the bad weather). His communication was OUTSTANDING and he was there the entire process of working with the insurance company and all that their process entailed. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Jackson and his company! This is a top notch company from top to bottom. HONESTY and TRUSTWORTHINESS are hard to find now-a-days, but Jackson has those in spades!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE who needs roof work done.
