I have been with Dorothy (the owner) for a few years now. She knows I’m very specific and like things done a certain way; she always goes above and beyond to give me a great experience. I also bring my kids to see her and her team (head spa treatment) and they love it. The space is beautiful, very clean and welcoming. I recommend it without hesitation!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Dorothy for a while now (I’ve tried a lot of different establishments and techs), and I can confidently say she’s one of the best in the industry. Her new salon is absolutely gorgeous — modern, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together. The whole space feels warm, professional, and inviting the moment you walk in. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Every set is done with care and precision, and she always takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the result. Whether you want something simple or something creative, she always delivers (I attached the pictures I could find). She’s also very responsive by any means of communication. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier nail services in a beautiful setting. She also offers a hair spa and waxing but I have yet to try it out!

I found this great place in Gatineau to get my nails done. I usually go to Ottawa to get them done but decided to give Ongles Venus a try. I am soooo happy w my nails! Brian did an amazing job and I will be coming here again. The place is clean, the staff is pleasant and courteous and nail technicians know what they are doing. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
