I emailed them early in the day, and they not only replied quickly but also called me to offer an appointment on the same day! Such responsiveness is rare and greatly appreciated, especially when you're in need of urgent care. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Caitlin, the assistant, who is exceptionally skilled and kind. She greeted me warmly at the reception, made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. Dr. Nour, the dentist, is simply wonderful. She is not only highly professional but also incredibly nice, giving you a genuine feeling of safety and care throughout the entire visit. What really stood out to me is how they treat their patients with such humanity and compassion.
