Time taken to provide the material is very long. 3 employees Ashvag,rozwan and the person in the cash counter who were supportive and helpful. the customer service is generally poor. For the amount you save and the time they take to give the product is not worth the visit.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Kalanjiam, a shop that left me utterly disappointed. Let me share my encounter, and perhaps it will serve as a cautionary tale for other potential customers. Kalanjiam seems to have forgotten the basic tenets of customer service. They prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, which is a grave mistake. As a customer. I expect more than just a transaction; I want to feel valued and respected. On April 9, I purchased some bath fittings from Kalanjiam. Everything seemed fine until I realized I had an extra kitchen sink faucet. No problem-I returned it on April 11, armed with the original bill. But here's where things took a nosedive. Kalanjiam refused the return and insisted I buy something else for the same amount (1300). My building works were already complete, and I had no need for additional products. The faucet was untouched: I hadn't even opened the box. Yet, Kalanjiam stood firm, claiming they never accepted returns. This policy baffled me-after all, other shops honor returns with the original bill. Why the rigidity? The owner's behavior was nothing short of stubbornness. I left the faucet on their table and went home, expecting a call or some resolution. Instead, they held onto my billed item for nearly three days without any communication. Is this how a reputable business should operate? Kalanjiam's obsession with an unblemished box is perplexing. Even minor scratches seem to be a deal-breaker for them. But let's be real if customers adhere to their stringent rules, they might as well sell only pristine soap boxes. My advice to customers: steer clear of Kalanjiam. There are plenty of other stores in the vicinity offering better products and a more customer-friendly approach. Look for the latest market trends elsewhere. Kalanjiam's policies and attitude left me disillusioned. As consumers, we deserve better. Let's choose wisely and support businesses that truly value our patronage.
