After having a bit of a misfortune during the installation on some new ceiling accent lights the owner came to my residence and completed the job impeccably! He also did not charge me for a dimmer switch that I requested afterwards. I will definitely call them first for any job going forward. They are recommended by my building and now I know why!

Mike connected electricity to two new fireplaces. We have an old home with bewildering wiring, but he found a way to wire them without any tear down. He worked so efficiently and quickly. The next day, I couldn't start one of the fireplaces. He immediately came back and Oops, I hadn't plugged it into the outlet he had just installed. With a friendly smile, a "No problem", and a farewell wave, he was out in five minutes. How's that for excellent customer service?

I was referred to KAL By Rensen House of Lights. Today they installed a large light fixture/chandelier in my front entryway along with a large fixture in the dining room. I couldn’t be more happier with their service, they were timely, affordable, and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them for future electrical needs!

We had an urgent issue with our furnace and our HVAC technician suggested that we contact an electrician. I called towards the end of the day explaining the situation and spoke with Dana who immediately dispatched an electrician to see if they could find a way to squeeze us in with the cold weather. Within an hour, Mike showed up, diagnosed the problem, gave a little voltage lesson and gave suggestions on how to manage the HVAC company since it was not an electrical problem. He even offered to talk with them if needed- to explain why it wasn’t an electrical issue. I found KAL Electric based on the positive Google reviews which proved to be true. From start to finish it was a positive experience. Dana was friendly, helpful and efficient and Mike was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use KAL again and highly recommend their services.
