Great service — I’ve rented a car from Kaizen Rent three times. Each time, the cars were clean and in good condition. The staff handling pick-up and return were helpful and always tried their best to assist. Once, they even agreed to accept the car an hour after their official working hours without asking for any extra payment, which I really appreciated. The staff were also kind and enthusiastic, often suggesting interesting features or unique things to try in the cars. I definitely recommend this service. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an issue with a speeding ticket. While driving one of their cars, I was caught speeding by a radar. Kaizen sent me an invoice of 90 PLN for the administrative service of identifying the driver and sending the necessary documents to the police. However, two months have passed, and I still haven’t received any documents in my mailbox. When I called Główny Inspektorat Transportu Drogowego to check, they told me that they had contacted Kaizen twice to confirm the driver’s identity, but Kaizen had not responded. Now I have to go to the Główny Inspektorat office in person to resolve the matter myself — which raises the question: what did I actually pay 90 PLN for, if Kaizen didn’t follow through?

They refused to take the deposit from the Mastercard I used to book and my car reservation was cancelled during pick up at Warsaw airport. The credit card had my first name initial not the full name, and the expiry date was just short of 6 months from expiry. They would have been 'more than happy' to charge the very same card a hefty fee for a fully comprehensive insurance I had already purchased from the broker! The operator at the desk was very complacent and when I refused to purchase a second fully comprehensive insurance hastily cancelled my reservation, no reimbursement available. It seems like this company tries to boost up their profit using their small print rules; if you decide to use them, my advice is to carefully read and understand all of the small print in the contract.

I just recommend it. Very kind employees working at here. The rented car was clean and well smell. The car condition was perfect.

Very, very good service. The person was very nice, and the car was in perfect condition. We had an early flight at 4 PM, and the person was on time. Very good service! If we come back to Poland, we will rent a car with this company.
