My cat tends to be quite scared of new people, but was comfortable with Paula right away. Paula is an amazing animal care taker. Albert and I would trust her with our house keys and our cute little baby monsters (two domestic short hair cats). She took great care of them everyday and would send us pictures and videos. I was never worried about our pets, she always made us feel safe and close to them while we were away. As time passed and we traveled a lot, we didn’t even ask for our additional sets of keys anymore. Paula would keep them with her, that’s how much we trusted her. I highly recommend her service, she’s so caring and supportive. I wish I was still in Toronto just for her! We moved a year ago and we miss her dearly ❤️

I am so happy I have had the chance to meet Paula and I will absolutely work with her again in the future. For context I have two senior cats, one who is diabetic and requires insulin injections with their meals. We typically have a family friend come to watch our cats and we hardly ever take any vacation because we are worried to leave our cats. We were set to leave for a five day trip and unfortunately our family friend was unable to watch our cats due to a personal emergency. With a little over a week left before the trip, we found Paula’s website online, was impressed with her background, detailed experience particularly with diabetic cats, and the fact she’s even met Jackson Galaxy. She immediately responded back and we set up a time so she can meet the cats and review their routine for an initial consultation. The cats took an immediate liking to Paula and I knew we were in good hands. Paula is extremely punctual and trustworthy. She always sent us videos and pictures of the cats. She is extremely responsive in the group chat and always kept us in the loop. When we returned it was like we had never left - they were very well taken care of. Additionally, Paula has extremely good rates given her skillset and experience. Overall, we are extremely happy with Paula’s services and look forward to working with her again.
