What a scam, I don't trust this company at all. These guys decided my entire foundation needed structural work and charged me $350 for the quote. The quote was $70,000, which is absolutely ludicrous - there was a $3,300 charge to move the washer, dryer and water heater 5 feet. $9,000 project management fee. $40,000 structural fix. I hired a structural engineer myself and the structural work will cost $12,000. Hire these guys at your own risk.

Steve came out to do a quote for some foundation work for my old home. When he came out he said he thought I had a few options but he'd check with the engineer. When he sent me his quote, it was for a full concrete replacement of my foundation. There was no explanation given as to why that was my only option. An engineer from the same company that K&S uses had previously come out and told me that I had other options so I'm not sure why K&S felt differently. The lack of explanation left a bad taste in my mouth, as did Steve badmouthing a competitor and making a joke about suicide.
