JZ Embroidery - DTF Gang sheet Dallas Tx

As a reviewer who values exceptional customer service, I must share my disappointment with my recent experience at JZ Embroidery. I was referred with high expectations, but unfortunately, the service and final product fell far short of what was promised and what should be the standard for a local business. My initial skepticism regarding the requirement for 100% upfront payment proved to be sadly justified. The timeline for my embroidery job (a stole) in their possession over a week was managed poorly. The work was started after the promised pickup time. This rushed approach was evident in the final result. A misspelled word even after it was brought to their attention which indicated a complete lack of proofreading. Then they utilized different fonts than what was requested, fundamentally missing the mark on the design aesthetic. This is bigger than the botched order, it’s about a failure in the customer service cycle. I sincerely hope JZ Embroidery uses this feedback to implement immediate improvements in their process, specifically focusing on internal proofreading, managing production timelines and honoring design requests. Until then, I cannot and will not recommend their services. I failed to mention that I requested to proof their work…moments before they embroidered the stole. The stole was handed to me in a bag with the same misspelled word. Did you really think I wouldn’t check your work?

Seriously love working with JZ Embroidery. We did DTF on shirts and embroidery on our hats, plus business cards and a HUGE order of thousands of cups. They even helped me get the right lid for the cups ...which sounds small, but it made the whole thing look so much better! Everything came out perfect and timely. 10/10 recommend.
