This was my second visit to Plato’s Closet Brampton after a few years, and I’m glad I decided to stop by again. The store has definitely improved since my last visit, it feels cleaner, more organized, and the selection seems to have gotten a nice refresh. I was able to find a few really good pieces this time, including some name brands and unique items you wouldn’t expect to see in a resale shop. Prices are still fair, and I appreciate that they don’t overcharge for trendy or seasonal items. The staff were polite, helpful, and seemed to actually care about keeping the store tidy and welcoming. The fitting rooms were clean, and checkout was quick, which is always a plus. If you’re someone who enjoys finding good deals or building outfits on a budget, it’s definitely worth dropping in every now and then. You never know when you’ll find something great. Overall, a good experience that reminded me why it’s worth checking back once in a while instead of writing it off as just another thrift store.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they haven’t bought my stuff. None of my items are fast fashion and I had brand names and a couple of designer bags. Every time I go in my denim is never what they’re looking for, which is strange because on their racks they sell similar styles of denim. I also wasn’t the only one who noticed this as I have heard from countless people the same thing too. I’m now planning on telling others to avoid this location if they’re planning to sell.

This new location is much better than the old one. Lots of more room and light in there. The ladies working are very nice and approachable. I sold some of my gently used clothes, bags and a few shoes. They took about half of the stuff I brought and payed cash. The stuff they didn’t take wasn't in season; can't complain. I sold on a Monday; two bins took about 30min. The stuff they are selling is in pretty good shape besides a few questionable items on the floor.. all in all a good experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews but trust me, don’t waste your time shopping here. I walked in to sell a couple of items and the girl at the counter had a nasty attitude and it really put me off but she told me it would take about 20 minutes and I said no problem. AN HOUR PASSES BY before they text me saying my stuff was ready to pickup. Definitely did not expect it to take that long to get $11.00 for 3 items. I had summer tops, jeans, and name brands.. they took almost nothing. I’d check out the new location in Mississauga instead
