When I need to match my 35 year roof I found the tile there! I can’t say enough of how well I was treated by the staff at RWC Albuquerque. Everyone there was wonderful to work with but I’ll have to admit Ben went out of his way for me! What a great place to do business. Thank you all!

Just want to say what a great experience we had with RWC Building Products in Albuquerque, NM. We went in to order some materials for a front walk and spoke with Branch Manager Chris Leonards. He was really knowledgeable and showed us different products as we discussed advantages and disadvantages. We decided on materials and Chris arranged delivery the next day. Right on time, Cody showed up, and he and his helper (also named Cody) proceeded to put our pavers exactly where we wanted them, quickly and efficiently, and in a very short time. Very professional from order to delivery, and we'll be using them again. Thank you!

They do a great job with their color matching, most of the time, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, this last time didn't go so smoothly. They always give you a sample, which looked like it matched. We said to go ahead and make a 5 gallon buket, and when it was put on the wall, it looked completely different and did not match. It had a weird grayish, purple hue and our color is a light brown. We found out, after the fact, that they were having a problem with their machine. I feel that they should have notified us about their machine right away. Now, here we are (on the day we told our customer that we would complete the job), trying to get another matching bucket. Beware that just because the sample looks great, the bucket may not. Double, triple check the bucket color before you leave the store just to be safe!!!!! Oh, and if you are ever wondering if they are open, double, triple check. After calling the number multiple times with no answer, I drove across town after checking online if they were open. Online hours posted that they were open until 4pm. I guess they are so busy that they are unable to update their voice recording or their online hours. If you can't maintain your open hours online, don't bother having online hours at all
