My wife and I spent a long time looking for the perfect place for our honeymoon and could not find anything within our budget. Then, within a few days of contacting JWA Travel, we had the trip mostly figured out! Jenn helped throughout the entire process, up until we left for the trip a few weeks ago. When we got to our resort, there was an issue with the resort overbooking our room, and we were put in a less-than-ideal situation. Jen contacted the booking company as well as the resort, and managed to get us a room upgrade that was better than the original plan! I cannot recommend JWA Travel enough, and my wife and I will most definitely be looking to travel through them again!

My wife and I could not have had a better experience on our 12 day European Vacation. Definitely not the Griswold experience. Jen listened to what we wanted from our trip and put together an itinerary that was perfectly paced for us. From travel to hotel and tours, everything was better than we were expecting. The only snafu during the trip was handled by Jen so that we could enjoy our vacation and not worry about it. It was so nice to enjoy every single day and not worry about the details because Jen had thought of everything, including things we had not. We will definitely be using her help in the future and recommend her very favorably. This was our second experience with her help though this is the first time that she planned it all for us.
