I can't commend J W Restoration enough. They were assigned to repair everyone's site after Consumers replaced gas lines to everyone's house. J W was fantastic, kind, respectful and followed through with everything. Chris the Foreman was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he explained everything so I understood and he followed through with everything promised. He couldn't have been kinder, and lived up to his word. I wish more companies had employees like Chris and his whole crew as they were awesome as well, and worked together with each other extremely professional. I talked with several of the workers and not once did they act irritated at my questions. Instead they were pleasant and explained everything! Again, GREAT COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!! 10 Stars for sure!!!!!!!!!!

JW Restoration was the contractor consumers power hired to restore the concrete and lawn damage from a live down power line on our property. They completed the 3 day project on July 16 2025 and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work and attention to detail. I wish I knew what type of grass seed they used as it as almost all grown back in a matter of 7 days. Thanks nice job

I cannot say enough about JW Restoration and their crew. JW was assigned to complete work to my driveway and lawn after utility work was completed. Only a portion of my driveway was to be repaired / restored post utility work. After speaking with the Supervisor about having my whole driveway replaced he gladly accepted the work. The supervisor / owner was easy to speak with and responded to messages very quickly. The foreman assigned to the job was excellent, also responded to messages and phone calls in a timely manner. He remained in contact with me and explained everything that was taking place as well as answering all of my questions. The work that was completed was exceptional. The finished product looked absolutely amazing. The foreman and his crew took great care in making sure no damage occurred to my home or surrounding area while completing the work. If you require restoration you can count on JW Restoration to complete it quickly with great skill. Thank you to the entire JW Restoration company.
