The gentleman who came to my house for the clean up was great. Polite, fast and courteous. I had a couple of disappointing experiences with this company, however. 1) The online quote doesn't really give you enough detail about what the "sizes" of the jobs are (re: how many boxes/bags, what kinds of items will be accepted, etc) I had budgeted about 100 for a small job (I even OVER budgeted to be safe. It cost me almost 150 as I was told my job was "half way between sizes". I'm moving and needed the stuff gone... so I felt I really didn't have a choice. 2) On the website it lists Interac/Debit as an available form of payment. When the gentleman arrived he wasn't able to do debit. He asked me for cash or a credit card, which were not an option for me at that time. I wrote him a cheque. It's been a week since my service, and they STILL have not processed my cheque. The service itself was great (Rob was very nice), but as far as the business goes, I'm really not impressed. Call them to confirm you will be able to use the correct method of payment and to talk about the price too.

Excellent service by the young men Just Junk sent for my appointment. They were quick to work and remove all the junk I had and were respectful of my property. The pricing was lower then the estimate they initially gave which was a pleasant bonus. Will definitely use Just Junk in the future if needed.

I approached another company in the beginning, and the price was so high and they wanted extra for a heavy item (their website is not even mentioning the additional charges). I declined and looked up this company, "Just Junk" and was very surprised to see the availability and pricing and on plus I could safe 10% by putting my junk at the curbside. They called ahead of time to inform me when they will be at my place and arrived on time. They were very nice and fast and I am very happy with the service I have received. Highly recommended!
