NE ortho is very professional, I love seeing Jamie PA. She makes an extra effort to make sure I’m seeing success with my knee and is extra gentle with the Cortizone shot. They have stream-lined their check in process! I am super impressed with that!

Front staff was rude. My wife wanted me to attend her visit, but since I also had an appointment they didn't want me to be in the room with her. Was all about them and were not flexible to our needs. Additionally, while attending my wife's visit, the PA made unnecessary comments about my wife's weight.
