Visited Just Cuts this morning for my first haircut (not done by myself at least) in a few years. The queueing system was easy to use, and staff all friendly and polite. I did wait a little while but understand on a Sunday morning/early afternoon is quite busy, but it wasn’t a long wait once I returned for my queueing time. The hairdresser who cut my hair made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted, and made suggestions based on her thoughts which I appreciated a lot. Easy, delightful hairdresser visit, and I am SO happy with the result. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Just Cuts Plenty Valley!! Edit: 12/4/2025 (4 months after my first review) I returned today for another haircut and can say- still a wonderful experience. The hairdresser who did my hair (Preet, wonderful person!!!) explained my hair texture, talked me through how I can care for it better, and stepped me through everything she did while ensuring I was comfortable. Another fantastic experience!! I am so happy with my experience today and how good my hair looks and feels! I gladly bought a product that wasn’t spruiked to me, zero pressure to purchase, but was available after the stylist used it in my hair- I am often not keen to buy a product used during an appt for the sake of it, but washed and set my hair with it once home and am so happy with the outcome and advice I received. Thank you!!

Great service, overall very happy with my cut. However I opted for no shampoo, I advised the stylist that I had washed my hair prior to coming in and had conditioner on. She said that was fine we would just rinse it off which she did, however I have been charged $10 for a shampoo that I did not opt in for nor did I receive.

She’s so beautiful and did an amazing job at showing me how to style my layers and showing me a curl spray that would amplify my waves!
