The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at putting my cat (and me) at ease the whole time I was there. The upfront pricing is refreshing, and I appreciated the fact that the staff allowed me to pick and choose what procedures I would have done right away and what I could defer to being done at a future date based both the doctor's recommendation and my comfort with the proposed procedure. No pressure at all was applied to do procedures I wasn't comfortable with. Same day appointments that you book online are incredibly convenient! The thoroughness of their follow-up service is second to none. They seemed unconcerned about corporate obligations and minimums. I really feel that my cat's needs are their first priority.
