Beautiful dresses and excellent service! I bought multiple dresses from here and got so many compliments. I wore one dress to a New York Fashion Week event and it definitely turned heads. The quality is exceptional and you know you’re getting a unique product. Also, the owner is super kind and helpful. I was struggling to find a faux fur shawl for a dress last minute and she lent me her own. I definitely recommend shopping here. 🤗

My teen daughter went with her friends looking for a prom dress. She was unsure if she was going to prom and what kind of dress to get. She felt pressured to buy a dress, even being told by sales staff "it might not be here if you decide to think about it". She purchased the dress and immediately regretted the decision. We went back a week later at our first opportunity only to be told they don't do refunds, only store credit and exchanges. The clerk rudely said their policy was printed on the reciept except this wasn't explained prior to her purchasing the dress nor when she was being helped. In addition, there were no signs posted indicating their policy. This is a crucial piece of information that should be told as it is a deciding factor in whether or not the dress would be purchased, especially to a young, vunerable teenager who made it clear she was undecided about the dress. The dress was refunded after a 25% restocking fee which was $150. This is a store I will never return too due to their high pressure sales tactics and lack of clear policies which is only disclosed after you pay

Amazing selection!! Amazing service!! Amazingly kind, welcoming and thoughtful owner and staff. My daughter has had a very hard year and has been very sick. Prom has been one thing she has been looking forward to. These amazing people made my daughter feel so very special and essentially made this experience one she will never forget. One in a million place and people. Thank you just doesn’t cover it!
