I’ll start off by saying that our experience with Downriver Homes and specifically Malory and Ron has been spectacular. They are knowledgeable experts and have empathy for homebuyers. When you work and engage with people who love what they do, operate with integrity, are trustworthy, and also do what they say they will, and go above and beyond- that’s describing Malory and Ron- they exemplify this! They care about people and helping them find the right home. Malory helped us to identify potential homes to look at, even though this was made more challenging because we were not local, she did numerous Video walk-throughs, and drove all around town. She also attended inspections! Malory always responded to our messages and calls. Ron walked us through the process of making offers and helped us to understand the details-he made this enjoyable and was always there to answer any questions. He also respected our opinions. When we did get an offer accepted. Ron again walked us through all the paperwork and details. Malory went above and beyond to make sure all was set for us when we moved in. They have great connections too with locals who can help with your home needs. All this means a lot when you are local, but even more, when you are not. After working with real estate companies over the years and realtors, we can say Downriver Homes-Malory and Ron are in the top 1%. They seem to be driven by the love and support of their families, their communities, their faith, and the desire and passion to truly help people in the home buying experience. Malory and Ron are a joy to work with and we highly recommend them!
