Service and room was exceptional. Hotel went above and beyond and did a really nice set up for anniversary. The room was always cleaned to a high standard and little gifts were left on bed which was a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty average though, have had better breakfast options elsewhere.

First time we are coming to Stay at Mandarin Oriental, it was a really great, thanks to the attentive staff and their willingness to go the extra mile. I was get Suprise from One of the Staff, Shout out to ARDA, he give Us some bouquet of Flowers which is Really Sweet and memorable , which made my trip more enjoyable. The hotel is well-maintained, with great amenities and a convenient location. The views from the room are nice facing direct to Burj Khalifa. |What stood out the most was the staff’s support . I come to The Spa to Used wet and dry facilities with well Equipment. || I’d probably only get up after 8 in the morning. But when places like The Bay exist, I’m inclined to wake up early and enjoy breakfast.|An experimental backspace that is genuinely meticulous and has an authentic love and care for the art and tradition of baking. The breakfast menu is short and sweet which is ideal for us. I noticed for the Chef Name is Rashida give us Heartfelt Welcome message which make us feel special n apreciate, I also noticed one Guy in The Bay All day dining Restaurant name is Awais also superb n outstanding service. Not forget the Staff I meet in the Beach name El- mehdi also Very kind, he's really take care of us. | |Overall, I had a comfortable Stay, and definitely will come back.|Thnk you - - Dubai ❤️

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable, with thoughtful anniversary touches that truly impressed us. The Club Lounge was a highlight, with delicious afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and creative food presentations. The spa was also exceptional. This has been one of our best stays in Dubai.

We had a great time at the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai. We spent three nights there. ||We arrive early and our room was not ready. However, we checked in and were able to go to the beach until we were called by the reception that our room was ready. The check in was very easy with very pleasant staff.||Room is very large facing the sea with a large balcony. Very comfortable with all new equipment. Also, very large bathroom and toilets. ||Service is what you can expect from a five star hotel. A special thanks to Grace and Laura at the reception and Maxime in front of the hotel who made our stay so nice and easy. They were outstanding. We got a very nice basket of cheese the night before leaving as well as a nice flowers, just to thank us for having chosen the hotel. What a nice attention. ||Restaurants are excellent, especially the breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Fruits are in abundance . I highly recommend the delicious salmon (not the usual tasteless breakfast salmon) and the French toast (pain perdu) which is one of the best I ever ate.||Swimming pool is OK (a little crowded) but the beach is extremely nice with very good service.||Finally great location between the old city and the Palm . We visited the Palm and had no regret .||Overall a fantastic experience. We will definitely go back.
