I had a horrible experience twice now with this store. I had a delivery sent to me as a gift, and I got a notice that I missed the delivery and that it was left at this store. I went to go pick it up on October 9th, and the manager said they didn't have it; but it would arrive on the 10th. I informed him that I would be away for thanksgiving, and asked he make a note not to deliver it again because I would not be home, and I would pick it up in 5 days when I returned as I was leaving that day. He would not make a note, but assured me many times that they would hold it for a full week and I could go get it whenever. I went to go pickup the package today and when I entered, the store the manager was in an argument with a gentleman and was very unkind. The lovely girl they have working there tried to find my package and remembered me, but when she could't, he stepped in and claimed he didn't recognize me. He said there was nothing they could do, they didn't have it, ignored me when I brought up that he told me they would, gave me a piece of paper with number to call, and rushed me out the door. The lady on the phone said the package was already returned and she couldn't help. The manager promised me I could pick up my package any day before this coming Saturday, and now I will not be able to get it at all. I recommend you go to any other location, this one is horrible!! I feel bad for the kind girl who works there. She is great and just wanted to help, but has horrible coworkers:(

The elderly man with no hair displayed very poor customer service. I almost had an argument with him regarding a delivery. Despite showing him the Amazon prepaid return label and politely explaining the situation, he repeatedly refused to accept the delivery item. His behavior was quite rude, and he was unwilling to listen to my explanation.

Terrible service, both in terms of delivery and customer service. I ordered something online, and they sent it to me through this courier company. I waited a week and a half for the package, and it never arrived at my home. After that time, I contacted them because they sent me a message saying I had to pick it up, and well, I told them to please bring it to me because I don't have a car and it's a bit far from where I live. According to them, they would deliver it on Monday, but the shipment never arrived. I called customer service to ask what was going on, and they simply told me I had to contact the seller and if I didn't pick up the package by a specific date, they would return it to me. It's the worst courier service I've ever seen. They always do the same thing: they say they'll deliver the package, but they never arrive, and when they do, they arrive with the ticket ready, only to leave it at the door and walk away, leaving the customer to go pick up the package. Irresponsible and terrible, terrible service.

Absolutely terrible service. I will never ship with UPS again. I went to this store with a box packed in regular, brown paper. Like any normal package you ship. The man working there very rudely told me I couldn't send a box wrapped in brown paper - that it had to be box only. When I tried to explain that the box could fall apart if I unwrapped it, he rudely told me that wasn't his problem. He was extremely rude. I went to FedEx and had no issues, great service. I will never ship with UPS again thanks to this man.
