Get service elsewhere! I had an extremely disappoint experience with JP Cooling. They charged me $99 service fee to supposedly inspect my AC unit, but they only looked at the air handler without examining the condenser unit on the roof. At the same inspection day they provided me with an estimate quote on totally unrelated issues and materials. The technician left after giving me an absurd quote, the next day they followed up with a high-pressure "three option" sales approach. When i pointed out that they hadn't even performed a complete inspection, they ignored my concerns and continued the sales pitch. What's MOST frustrating is that the JP Cooling had previously worked on my roof with the property management company, and it appears they broke it during the reconnect of the system themselves. After winter passed and I turned on my AC, I discovered it wasn't working. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper repair they tried to sell me a brand new $10,000 system! @Vince H. At this time, no action has been taken and I would never recommend JPG Cooling to anyone. They seem more interested in selling expensive new system than providing honest service or standing behind their previous work.

In the middle of winter, it's a devastating experience to have your furnace quit. I had friend recommend JP Cooling and Heating. I called them and was told they would be there the next day, which was amazing to me. Kendall was there right on time..our furnace is an older model, so he gave me the option of ordering a new part for it or replacing it with a new furnace. No pressure either way. I chose the new part. It arrived, he installed it. It works like a charm now! He said if it breaks down again and we want a new furnace, he would subtract the price of the new part and installation off of the new furnace price. What a deal!. Kendall was so easy to work with. Quick, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their company. You won't get better service anywhere else!

I worked with Kat and John and the guys on a remodel. They were super response, in and out same day, Ran new gas line from meter into basement and added on upstairs gas connection for fireplace and exterior run to detached garage. Kat is so helpful communication and scheduling. John is super knowledgeable, professional, and clean work. Recommend
