The place is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. They provide soft drinks, water, and hot beverages. Plus they have free snacks for those of us who run out without breakfast because our fur baby is not well. My dog Trinity who was ten years old when she became very ill in less than two days and I had to take her here on a Sunday morning. The people were very kind and someone from the staff would regularly walk around and check on all of the people and fur babies in the waiting room. The wait time was long but that was only because of the serious pets with major injuries that were coming in..completely understandable. When it was our turn the doctor (Brittany Schneider) was very caring and explained the severity of Trinity's illness and explained the additional steps and testing that she can do to verify why she was so sick. I appreciated her saying that she was jaundice if she did treat her it would take a long time to see if it helped . She answered all of our questions. She was honest when I expressed my concern of Trinity's quality of life. I had to make a very difficult decision to let my baby go because I love her so much. The doctor and the two that assisted were very caring and made sure that Trinity and ourselves were as comfortable as can be expected. They provided Trinity extra sedatives to help with her comfort and ours. They did not rush us to say our goodbyes. I would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital. Thank you all for your kindness.

We brought our beautiful 18 year old kitty in after we found blood that he puked up. In the end he was humanely euthanized and the care he received today was wonderful. They really explained everything so well and were so caring on our day of days. Thank you for giving my beautiful cat a dignified and humane goodbye.

A few weeks back, we took our kitty Ivan to Wilvet. He had a rough time after a neutered surgery went awry. Just a few days after the surgery, he started feeling lethargic, not wanting to eat, and had really high fevers. It was a scary time for both me and my husband. I started looking for affordable emergency and regular veterinarians in the area, and Wilvet was the first one I found. I was bracing myself for the worst and almost ready to pay a fortune, but they were very communicative and prioritized everything he needed within my budget. In the end, Ivan is back home, feeling better than ever, and acting like the happy kitty he always is!

Brought my cat Dobby in after he began acting strange/potential urinary issues, he was taken back right away and evaluated. While there was a wait, it gave me comfort in knowing that he was stable enough for them to assist more urgent cases. While running lots of diagnostics was a bit out of our affordability, they gave him meds and sent us home with a special diet. Staff was kind and compassionate throughout the night and our kitty has peed, and is relaxed after coming home❤️
