My wife and I spent nearly six hours with Cliff exploring Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. And let me tell you: this wasn’t just a tour, it was a journey. Cliff has lived in New York his entire life, and it shows in the best way possible. The man knows everyone and everything. We're talking about the kind of deep, behind-the-scenes knowledge you don’t find in guidebooks or on Instagram. We’ve lived in the NYC area for most of our lives and moved out of state 25 years ago. We’ve seen the Empire State Building, Times Square, and all the usual suspects. But Cliff took us to parts of the city we didn’t even know existed—hidden gems, local favorites, rich stories behind neighborhoods we’d passed through a thousand times. And the photo ops? Unreal. He knew all the best angles, lighting, and out-of-the-way spots that most people just breeze right by. One of the highlights was getting into Katz’s Deli (yes, that Katz’s Deli) without waiting in line. It was like walking in with a celebrity—Cliff just gave a nod, and we were in. Pastrami never tasted so good. Cliff doesn’t just give you a tour of the city—he introduces you to it, like an old friend welcoming you home. It was nostalgic, eye-opening, and honestly, one of the most fun days we’ve had in a long time. She was so fun to be around, was so kind and patient with all our questions, and showed us literally anything and everything we asked for. Our family, ages 14-80 years old, started our first full day in NYC with a tour led by Cliff and couldn't have had a better way for our trip to start. From the minute Cliff met us at our hotel, he was so personable and full of life. We learned more about the city then we could have ever imagined and yet he delivered all the information in such a fun way that even our two teenage boys were engaged the entire time (they only used their phones to take pictures which is definitely a rare and yet pleasant surprise). Cliff knows exactly where to go, enter, view etc. all parts of the city! When asked to make an obscure stop not planned in the day, he adjusted without hesitation as if it was part of the tour...truly amazing. We are so grateful for the most amazing, special experience for our family and the memories will never forget, thank you Cliff!!
