Josh Ryan helped my elderly parents find a home in Cape Breton (Arichat). He took the time to get to know them so he could find them exactly what they were looking for. He is very knowledgeable, capable and a consummate professional. He went over and above for us. Josh was always available by phone, text, email or even Facebook. Such a pleasure to deal with. Josh also shared a contact for insurance which was really helpful. The homeowner of the house we bought left a few handles off drawers and cupboards in the newly renovated kitchen. Josh was able to find the exact handles for us to purchase online. The day after the deal closed he came by to make sure everything was okay and gave my parents a personalized gift. You can tell he really loves his job!! I highly recommend Josh if you are buying or selling a house.
