One of the many reasons I love Joseph’s!!! I recently got my hair colored and did an express color, so left with it wet. It’s something new and different so they did a follow up text the following day to make sure I liked it. Who does that? Joseph’s does. While I liked the color there were a few changes that needed to be made to make it exactly what I had sought out. That follow up text allowed me to express, and Josephs to correct, something I wasn’t happy with. Not that I couldn’t have called on my own, but they made me feel valid in my concerns and more than willing and wantIng to correct it! When things go right it’s easy to be the best, when they aren’t perfect is when you truly see the core of a company! Well done!!

I had a last minute panic and change of plans for my wedding day this past weekend. I reached out to this salon for help. They were closed for the holiday. However, Amanda H came to the rescue. She came to my house on her off day, was punctual, and everyone was happy with their hair. I'm so happy to have had her help and reccomend this salon to anyone!

I have had three wonderful experiences at Joseph’s so far and I can’t wait to keep going back and telling others about them. Joseph’s really stands out due to the kindness of all of the staff, the thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout (think coat check in the rain, delicious hot tea, and of course the hand ritual), and of course the high quality services. I’ve had a my nails done, facials, and my hair cut and look forward to booking more of the services they offer. While everyone I have seen there has been amazing my facials with Meagan have been such a highlight; she is understanding, gentle, and leaves my skin glowing! Additionally, my most recent haircut with Rachel was PERFECT. I am so happy with how my hair came out.
