Saw the 2016 Kia Sedona listed on Facebook and contacted them. I went here after looking at the online reviews which looked great. I purchased the car even though it had small issues here and there. I work on my cars myself and never have any problems fixing small issues. The van I purchased had the AC not working the next day. I contacted him and all I heard was a sorry it was working when we test drove it. The AC stopped working after some time of driving, turns out the car is overheating. Took the car to Kia dealership that recommended the engine to be replaced ($8000 not including labor) I called Jones auto sales and explained the issue and was told I did not do maintenance on the car when I only had it for a month. Basically was told that it's my fault the car is in the condition it's in when I was only driven 5 times during the month while staying at the repair shop. I wanted to get a second opinion on this before I went ahead with a bad review and the second repair shop today has determined the same thing to replace the engine as the head gasket is bad. Jones auto sales did a great job covering up the issue as when purchasing I saw coolant spots around the engine and where the expansion tank is but ignored that as the car was running fine. My issue is I did a very short 10min test drive. Their issue is they do not want to take responsibility of anything. I paid 7500 for the car and then was given a 1000 back for repairs. The engine is going to cost 3800 (used) and labor is well over a 1000. Moral of the story if you buy a car here that has a major issue they will do their best to cover it up instead of selling someone a working car.
