I have not been to this location before but it is without a doubt the nicest urgent care in terms of staff and how clean it was. From start to finish it was a very stress free experience. Allison was so friendly and professional and had me at ease from the moment i walked in. The service she provided is rare to come across and I am grateful to have had it today. Major shout out to Jessica my provider for continuing with the same exceptional service and making me feel heard.

The young lady at the front desk was friendly and quick to get us back and the nurse practitioner was thorough and pleasant and kindhearted and gave good advice and a treatment plan and encouraging words for recovery!! We would highly recommend this urgent care and its sister at Swift Creek over all others in the area. I also want to mention that the office and the exam room were very clean

Loved her! The Dr (?) was also very nice & was covering all the bases. Asked the right questions & did not brush off my child’s symptoms. The waiting room, receptionist area and patient rooms were clean. Even though they were very busy & short handed, no one was short or rushed with us. Will def go back & recommend to others!
