I never write reviews but had to for Scott and Johnston Paving. Working with Scott is everything you could ask for - reliable, fair, honest, great communication, and he does great work. I'm a difficult customer and our driveway needed some major work dealing with drainage issues and changing it's footprint. Johnston Paving did an incredible job and the process was frictionless. Easily 5 stars!

I've been looking to replace a very long residential driveway that was falling apart and had degraded so badly that you could pick up chunks of asphalt with your hands and see dirt in different spots. Total redo, had to rip up all the old asphalt and do it over, a pretty sizable job in my opinion. Johnston Paving came in with a very competitive quote. Scott, the owner, did a great job communicating timing, rates, and expectations. Half the challenge was getting the weather to cooperate (June 23' very rainy) but he brought in an army of heavy machinery and a working crew and was able to knock out the entire project in just a couple days. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work and the service he provided, All in all, 10 out of 10 and I'd highly recommend giving him a shot and I'll reuse his company in a heartbeat if I need to.
