We bought an Abarth 595 from Johnsons in the summer. Super car, super service from the salesman. However, a few months later when I opened the bonnet for the first time to replenish the windscreen fluid, I noticed that one of the connectors to the airbox was broken off. This was not the sort of thing that would happen through just driving and hopefully something that would be picked up in their comprehensive check that was promised at the point of sale. I called Johnsons for advice, and got no answer, nor a call back to voice messages left. I took the car to my local garage who fixed it, and have since had contact with the original salesman, but I have yet to receive a full response from Johnsons: the matter is still being reviewed by "Senior Management". I don't recommend Johnsons unless you are going to arrange your own checks, and I certainly will not be returning for my servicing needs.

Car in for a service today. No courtesy car available, I can live with that. Got a phone call at 1.30 to say car almost ready come and get it in 30 mins. Received another call 10 minutes later to say it’s waiting to be washed come in for 3pm. No problem. Got here at 3 to say they are just finishing however it’s still not been washed! Do I want to wait 45 mins or not have it washed and take my car away. I opted for the latter. no wash. Here I am over an hour later still waiting!!! Do not use Johnson’s Swindon for your servicing they are USELESS!!! If I could give it zero stars I would
