John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John is friendly and is clearly focused on providing a first class 6 star service to his customers. From the beginning John was quick to respond, friendly, informative and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Arriving the next day at 7:30am to assist. His work was quick, tidy and really efficient. Johns time keeping and communication is without fault. I felt completely at ease allowing him to work in the house whilst we both continued our day jobs. If he needed to pop out he’d text and always made sure the house was left secure. John didn’t oversell his services and honestly took all the stress out of a rubbish situation.. I would highly recommend!!
