A driver of this company pulled out in front of me cause me to slam on breaks & hit them, (then took off & I had to chase down for truck info) resulting in almost $7000.00 with of damages to my car. I contacted a few people within this company about the wreck & not 1 of them were apologetic nor seemed to care. I had to claim on my insurance so I could get my car fixed asap, which is STILL in the shop over a month later. Possibly ready next week, so just wanted to say thanks for the aggravation & deductible $ that I have to pay as a result of YOUR employees negligence!!!

JCT is family, the good kind of family. I started driving here in July 2021 and have absolutely no plans of going anywhere. I have never been treated so well. I feel appreciated and valued as a driver and as a person. I don't go by my birth name, and they put it in the system to call me by my preferred name. In my experience, they are LGBTQIA+ friendly for sure. I ended up getting sick and admitted to the hospital while I was at home once. They were super understanding and patient throughout everything. Danielle in compliance and I kept in touch and she made sure I knew there was no rush to me coming back and that I could take as much time as I needed to get better. I always have plenty of miles. I am truly appreciative of the way this company runs.

The main reason I'm here is the photo attached. I don't care about the company policies or practices, but having a love doll front and center in the truck has to be the greatest act of DGAF I've ever seen. Alternatively, if it was the love doll driving, that's equally insane.

Yesterday I was on the 417 S between exit 12 to exit 16 with my family in my car at 12:30 pm, and a driver from this company tried on multiple occasions to hit me from the back of my vehicle, this driver was going at high speed driving like a crazy person who could cause a tragedy, I don't understand what kind of crazy people this company hires, to make matters worse the driver continued challenging me trying to connect my vehicle on multiple occasions. I enclose the pictures.
