Great Honest Service. They installed two toilets and a Disposal, and a Hot Water dispenser. They returned calls promptly, responded quickly and The plumber who came out performed beyond expectations. Very courteous and professional, and offered advice that was well received. The best part was, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need Beware of the larger companies like ARS and Village. When they come out to do a job, they really come out to sell your extra services

We called them New Years Eve, and they were out the same day to help us with our main supply line that froze and burst during the freeze. They showed up on time, the plumber was friendly, and everything went great! Until I received the bill... Not only did they lie about their billing structure over the phone (they originally said it was a $200 call-out fee and then claimed it was actually $200/hour after the fact), but they also tried to charge me an extra half an hour that he had never been there for. I had to submit video evidence of him arriving and departing to prove that was not the case. I then asked for an itemized invoice since they had already tried to rob me of an extra $100 and the invoice did not list out any of the materials used, but they completely refuse. They will do anything - send past due emails, claim that they have already "discounted" the work (by removing the fraudulent charge), and tell me to never call them again - but they won't send me a simple itemized invoice so I can verify the costs are fair. Unless you are absolutely desperate, I would not use this company. Companies and tradespeople make mistakes, but it's how they respond to them that shows their true colors. This company has shown they will do anything to squeeze an extra dollar out of you and nothing to make it right.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind.
