Good morning do not use this service if you are a single dad. They are there to fill there pockets it’s a government funded program lol. I sit down with a worker laughs at me for not having a job I said that’s not very professional she says sorry after she realized what she did wow. Then she says here are some job sites, she also said I will not find you a job, I said explain please well here are some job sites good luck. Then I send a email the next day it says out of office for 2 weeks okay I get you need a break but just tell me. I contact the supervisor and she was even worse just protecting the employee wow again. If you need to find work you don’t get help as a Single dad I will keep on doing my best but just rember there is like 20 offices and here is what they say keep applying. The question have is a tax payer how come there is no ramifications for people on the government to help Canadians just cancel the program we would save millions O did call the management and all she did was take the side of the employee,what a terrible terrible organization all smoke and mirrors

From the start, both went above and beyond to assist me, and they've been consistently helpful every single time I've had an appointment.
