My bank gave me the run around by suggesting one of their mortgage specialists when I was in an urgent need to refinance my mortgage. The bank mortgage specialist failed and it took him over two months to notify me that they would not approve the refinance. I contacted Jayde as he was highly recommended to me by a consultant. He worked proficiently and effectively to have me approved. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and most of all understanding. He answered any questions I had, was quick to respond by email and he always answered his phone. He makes you feel like your financial security is as important as his. My husband and I will definitely be contacting Jayde when it is time to renew our mortgage. We are greatly appreciative of what Jayde has accomplished for us; he saved our home! He is phenomenal at what he does and we highly recommend him.
