Great company to work with. Their work is amazing; all the various individuals that have been working on my house (electricians, laborers, carpenters, painters) have all been wonderful. They clean up each day (garbage, sweep, cleaning up) has been absolutely refreshing. Mike has a true vision and great to bounce ideas off. He was truly a great friend and an inspiration to me in the process of remodeling my basement family room. I would highly recommend Mike and JMI Construction for any project that you might consider having done. They completely gutted 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, family room and laundry room area. Removed and old wall unit heater and replaced it with a beautiful new fireplace. The transformation of the”old” to the “new” just blows me away. I never want to leave the house. The quality of the work completed by the different trades was exemplary. Every trade did an outstanding job. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I now love❤️ my Sunroom. I've been sitting out and enjoying it frequently. Thank you Mike & crew. 😊 🙏🏼
