I had a absolutely TERRIBLE experience with them a couple years ago (long story but basically made a deal on a high end truck, ghosted me and sold truck out from under us.. went back multiple times looking for replacement and also toyhauler AND Jeep and had a hard time even getting them to talk to us)... id like to point out that I purchased a brand new ram diesel elsewhere 3 days later and within the next 6 months a brand new 5th wheel toyhauler and also a Wrangler (JKU) all totalling over $200k and all 3 JL Auto had ones we wanted to buy from them 1st but lost the sales along with many MANY future referrals (anyone who knows me knows the referral part is a big deal, I find and help buy dozens of vehicles a year for people because of my line of work).... I know JL has gone through some "changes" so I actually have tried to look at a couple vehicles and a toyhauler for someone and its been near impossible yet again so ive given up.... sad really because they use to have a good looking inventory/options and I liked the smaller business owner aspect!
