From the moment we walked in, this restaurant proved it’s everything so many places aren’t anymore. These days, it feels like most restaurants are cutting corners—higher prices, smaller portions, and food quality that just isn’t what it used to be. But this place? They’ve built the perfect formula: delicious food, great prices, and incredible service. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to find a spot that delivers this level of quality without charging crazy prices, but they’ve nailed it. A huge shoutout to our server, Rebecca, who absolutely made our experience even better. We came in with four kids (never easy!), and she was unbelievably patient, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. She never made us feel rushed, and she handled everything with a smile and genuine kindness. Servers like her are hard to find and deserve all the credit! If you’re tired of overpriced restaurants with mediocre food and service, this is the place you need to try. They’re doing everything right, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Advanced Media Blasting

This is my absolute favorite Italian place. So much so that I printed a menu and have been crossing items off as I try them. I have not had one bad item. (Full disclosure: Seafood is off limits for me due to allergy). The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The only downside is that the dining room is a bit small, awesome for that bistro feel, but there can be a wait when it's busy. But that just gives us time to make new friends while we wait. There is something about the place that has perfect strangers talking like long time friends about the food. P.S. Do the giant mozzarella sticks as a starter!

Jimmy‘s Italian is my favourite restaurant in Napanee. Super clean and comfortable atmosphere, not to mention great service. Every dish we have experienced so far has been phenomenal. My wife loves the place too. Our server was really friendly, very professional and personable. I will be back 100%. Every time I’m on 401 between Toronto and Ottawa or Montreal I will stop by. Highly recommended if you enjoy home made pasta or just real meal. You won’t be disappointed.

Jimmi’s Italian Kitchen left a great impression. Nicole’s service stood out as attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The food was delicious, with the shrimp fritters being a highlight, crisp, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Portions were generous and prices very reasonable, offering great value. The tiramisu was a standout dessert, exceptionally creamy with a rich, balanced flavor. It is rare to come across a place where the service and food are equally memorable, but this experience truly delivered on both.
